Meet Alex Los

An executive & teams coach specializing in helping people gain confidence and connection in the workplace

Twenty years ago, I became a coach because I wanted to help others who were feeling as lonely and unsure about the working world as I was. Today, helping people feel more confident and connected at work and life is still what drives me.

My executive and emerging executive clients are are often facing challenges that can feel overwhelming and insurmountable. Through coaching, I help them find personal and professional fulfillment, gain confidence, become more effective managers, and get clear on their strengths, values, and goals.

I also coach groups and teams, helping them learn to connect with one another and create a shared vision and purpose.

My internal coaching experiences have been at top tier organizations and academic institutions, including Bain & Company, MIT Sloan School of Business, Tufts University, and The College of the Holy Cross. My current clients represent a range of companies, from Fortune 500 to new entrepreneurial ventures. I also served as a Core Guide for Chief, a private member network focused on connecting and supporting executive women leaders.

I am recognized by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and hold their Advanced Certification in Teams Coaching (ACTC) credential. I also hold designations as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and an Organization and Relationship Systems Certified Coach. I am a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile and Collective Leadership Assessment, as well as a Gallup Strengths Coach. I earned a masters in counseling from The College of Saint Rose and a bachelor's degree from Hamilton College.
